This honey is made at the beginning of the summer and comes from the nectar of a myriad of flowers found in the Langa hills: white clover, lucerne, melilot, meadow sage, thistle, birdsfoot, blackberry, etc.
Because it contains the beneficial properties of many flowers it is excellent dissolved in warm water and in herbal tea to relieve throat problems (sore throat, irritation, hoarseness)
