From the Vermentino vineyard in the Finale Ligure area (Varigotti, in the province of Savona); a light straw yellow coloured wine with golden reflections; an intensely fruity, delicate bouquet, a balanced flavour, pleasantly fresh.
A perfect match for fish dishes, crustaceans, sea food, oysters and antipasti.
The alcohol content fluctuates between 11.5 and 13.5% and the total acidity between 5 and 6.5‰.
