Uliveto Poggio is a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) olive
oil sourced from certified organic lands. This product tells the
consumer a true artisanal story, beginning with the hand-picking of olives, which are cold-processed within 12 hours to preserve all their organoleptic and nutritional properties. The oil is then stored in stainless steel tanks for about a month, allowing natural decantation, before being bottled in a single batch to ensure that every bottle captures the authentic taste of freshly pressed oil.
