Ingredients for 4 people:
4 eggs, 4 cups yoghurt, 1 cup sugar, 2 cups self-raising flour, 250 g walnuts, Polla Acacia Honey.
Mix the yoghurt, sugar and 2 spoonfuls of Polla acacia honey in a bowl and then mix in the eggs one at a time. Add the flour and mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Divide the walnuts in half and grind half in the mixer. Add the chopped and whole walnuts to the mixture. Pour the mixture into a round cake tin and put in the oven for 30 minutes at 180° C. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with a thin layer of honey and decorate with the remaining walnuts.
