Salted anchovy fillets from the Tyrrhenian Sea, boned and covered in olive oil the moment they are caught to preserve the flavours of the sea.

To be tried as antipasto with extra virgin olive oil, parsley and garlic or, thanks to their particular tenderness, to be used as a dressing after they have been dissolved in hot oil.
